Alright, let’s talk about this Al Jabalain and Al-Hilal match, you know, the one they played on September 25th. I ain’t no fancy sports expert, but I can tell ya what I saw, or rather, what I heard, ’cause I mostly just listen to the radio while I’m doing my chores. My old radio ain’t got no pictures, ya see.

Now, this Al Jabalain team, they ain’t talked about as much, not like those Al-Hilal fellas. But they put up a fight, that’s for sure. Don’t know much about that fancy talk. I just know a good game when I hear about it. And this sounded like a real nail-biter, even though only one goal was scored.
Heard some talk about Al Jabalain playing another team too, Al-Hazm, I think it was. Seems like they play a lot of games, these fellas. And there’s this Al Jubail team too. Too many names for an old woman like me to keep straight, I tell ya. It’s like tryin’ to remember all the names of my grandkids’ friends.
But back to Al Jabalain and Al-Hilal. One-to-nothing, that’s what it was. Al-Hilal won, yeah, but Al Jabalain, they didn’t make it easy for ’em. That’s what matters, right? Putting up a good fight. They say there was “live streaming” and “TV listings” for the game. Don’t know much about that neither. We just had the radio back in my day. And sometimes, you didn’t even have that! You just heard about the game from your neighbors, days later, when you saw them at the market.
Anyways, what I’m tryin’ to say is, Al Jabalain, they might not be as famous as Al-Hilal, but they’re tough. They don’t give up easy. And that’s somethin’ to be proud of. Just like my tomatoes, they ain’t the biggest in the county, but they’re the tastiest, that’s for sure. And that’s all that matters, ain’t it? The quality, not the fancy names or the big numbers.
So, yeah, Al-Hilal won that game, but Al Jabalain, they made ’em work for it. And that’s a victory in itself, if you ask me. They put on a good show, got folks talking. And that’s what makes a game worth rememberin’, win or lose. Just like how I remember that one time my cow got loose and we chased it all over the field. We didn’t catch it right away, but we sure gave it a run for its money!
